1 pack Fuwa Fuwa Select Loaf
6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste


Slice off sides of Fuwa Fuwa bread. Place in a covered container and refrigerate.

In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, onion, parsley and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of egg filling on bread. Cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich. Chill for 20 minutes before carefully slicing into rectangles or triangles. Serve cold.
