Smoked Salmon Capers


1 pack Fuwa Fuwa Mini Loaf, caramel flavor
¾ cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pack (100grams) smoked salmon slices
½ cup caper berries or capers, drained


Lightly toast Fuwa Fuwa bread slices in oven toaster. Set Aside.

Mix cream cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese over bread. Top with slices of smoked salmon and caper berries. Cover and chill before serving.
