Caramel Custard Pudding


1 pack Fuwa Fuwa Mini Loaf, caramel flavor
3 eggs
1 cup whipping or all-purpose cream
¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup salted butter, melted
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons softened butter

Topping: Dusting of confectioner’s sugar


Preheat oven to 350F.
Slice each bread into 6 cubes and place in a baking loaf pan or 2 small baking pans. Set aside.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add cream, milk, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Mix well. Slowly pour over bread cubes. Let the bread soak in the mixture for 15 minutes.

Dot remaining softened butter over the bread cubes and bake for about 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from the oven. Dust with confectioner’s sugar. Serve warm alone or with ice cream.
