1 pack Fuwa Fuwa Select Loaf
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 pre- sliced cheddar cheese or 1 bar cheddar cheese, grated
4 pre-sliced ham
8 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk


Spread 1 tablespoon each on one side of 4 Fuwa Fuwa bread slices. On each, layer 1 ham and 2 slices of cheese or ½ cup grated cheddar. Cover with bread slices to make 4 sandwiches, pressing the edges to seal in the fillings.

In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons first of butter over medium low heat.. In a wide bowl whisk eggs and milk together. Dip one side of a sandwich in the egg mixture then quickly flip to dip the other side so as not to over soak the sandwich. Lift the sandwich and place in the pan with hot butter. Cook until golden brown. Turn sandwich over and cook the other side, pressing down lightly to seal the edges. Remove from pan. Melt additional butter as needed and cook the rest of the sandwiches. Slice and serve right away.
