1 pack Fuwa Fuwa Mini Loaf, caramel flavor
300 grams beef tenderloin or sirloin, 1-inch thick
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil, reserve 2 tablespoons
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
½ cup spreadable cream cheese
Lightly toast Fuwa Fuwa bread slices in oven toaster. Set aside.
Season beef with salt and pepper. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on both sides. Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan on high and sear beef for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, depending on preferred doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
Using the same pan, heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute bell peppers and onion for a few minutes just until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then toss in meat.
To assemble, spread cream cheeses over bread, and top with a mound of vegetable-meat mix. Serve right away.
