MARKETING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Marketing team members by providing strategic direction on categories, analyzing available market data and ensuring accomplishment of sales and profit objectives of the company
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build business of categories and achieve sales/profit objectives

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with proven track record in launching and building new FMCG brand in Philippine market

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
National Capital Region - Makati

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective management of Key Accounts and successful execution of agreed sales strategies
  • Negotiate with buyers and key accounts decision makers in agreeing to trading terms, sales and marketing activities in product introduction and closing of sales
  • Oversee personnel activities of Key Account Executives, managing sales targets, promotions and account receivables of concerned accounts
  • Monitor daily activities of Sales Admin Assistant in accurate encoding and placement of orders coming from the sales team
  • Conducts regular Business Reviews and structured field visits to trade outlets with Key Accounts Team and/or Merchandising Team

GENERAL AFFAIRS SPECIALIST
National Capital Region - Makati

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in the identification, procurement and inventory control of resource requirements as to pantry supplies, office supplies and equipment in Makati Sales Office
  • Perform liaison works for the company to the different banks for cash account and payroll account processing, to Local Government Units (LGUs) and/or government agencies for application and renewal of permits and licenses as required; and to law offices for corporate legal matters
  • Monitor effectivity of and compliance with the lease agreement pertaining to the Makati Sales Office; and attend to the company's obligation to settle any and all utility bills
  • Prepare petty cash vouchers and pay from the petty cash fund duly approved reimbursements of petty expenses at Makati Sales Office
  • Prepare regular replenishments or as required for the petty cash by compiling and summarizing the paid petty cash vouchers with complete supporting documents
  • Coordinate with courier service all outgoing and incoming documents both international and local coursed through Makati Sales Office
  • Process, monitor and file official business travel authorization of the employee assigned in Makati Sales Office.
  • See to it that all communication equipment (telephone & cell-phones) are well functioning and properly used.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:
  • Obtain signed trading terms and agreements from sales on a timely manner Ensure that all TTA's are updated
  • Manage collection and associated functions
  • Reconcile collection receipt with charge invoice and deposits
  • Provide support for internal and external audits if needed
  • Obtain/monitor AFA of marketing and sales related expenses and the corresponding period where and when its applied/consummated

SAFETY OFFICER
Calabarzon - FPIP

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Standards, RA No. 11058 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations
  • Oversee the over-all management of the Occupational Safety and Health Programs of the company in coordination with the OSH Committee organized by NPB
  • Monitor and inspect health or safety aspect of the operation being undertaken by the different department and recommend preventive and corrective actions on all safety non-compliance or violations
  • Assist government inspectors in the conduct of safety and health inspections or audit at any time whenever work is being performed or during the conduct of an accident investigation
  • Provide necessary information and OSH reports as required by the OSH Standards
  • Issue Work Stoppage Order (WSO) where necessary based on the requirements and procedures provided for by the OSH Standards
  • Conduct mandatory employee orientation or training on the OSH program of the company and/or the standardized training module for safety and health recommended by DOLE
  • Report in writing within 24 hours from time of occurrence any work-related accident to the OSH Committee
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive actions in all work areas
  • Record and investigate work-related incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive and corrective actions

CORPORATE PLANNING ANALYST

  • Data cleansing, consolidation, and uploading
  • Maintenance of database and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format

Qualifications:

REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING (AC) TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, repair, modify and install parts of refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, evaporators, condensers, chillers, and thermostats
  • Carry out overhauling of refrigeration units by repairing, changing, or reworking broken parts of compressors, condensers, and vacuum pumps; inspect Freon level in refrigeration units and fix any leak observed, and charge units as required; clean and change filters, provide preventive maintenance on the evaporator and condenser coils
  • Run equipment, observe its operation, and read instruments and gauges, including volt-ohm meters; find out temperature gauges and adjust mechanisms, including valves, pumps, and controls to direct levels of fluid, temperature, and pressure; charge with specified types and amount of refrigerant, and bleed contaminants from systems; inspect gauges and carry out periodic preventive maintenance checks
  • Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, Portable blow torch, ac vacuum pump, oxyacetylene torch set, Copper tube cutter, Flaring tool, Manifold gauge with the hose, Toolkit for press fitting, and Pipe bending tools
  • Perform repairs or adjustments on piping connections, valves, couplings, and fittings by riveting, bolting, welding, brazing, and soldering applying hand tools, drill press, and acetylene torch
  • Carry out minor electrical and mechanical repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structure
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Vocational Course or Associate Degree or Technical Certification related to the field is preferred
  • With TESDA NC-II certification accreditation about technical training of refrigeration and air conditioning is preferred
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in maintenance, repair, installation, and/or modification of air conditioning units
  • Experienced working with AC brand name DAIKIN & CARRIER is preferred
  • With HVAC or Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration training certification or Accreditation from known technical training schools is preferred
  • Knowledge in the principles of air-conditioning unit repair and maintenance, including controls, MSDS sheets, safety practices, procedures, and tools used
  • Strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools, and materials typically applied in repairing and maintaining various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment

QA SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:
    A. Process Line and Retention Monitoring

  • Monitors continuous implementation of food safety policies and accurate record keeping
  • Assess the conformity of operations against established SOPs, food safety and quality standards, and company policies
  • Conducts weight validation of process and finished goods at the line according to standard parameters
  • Assist in troubleshooting on any deviation found in the process lines that directly affect the quality of the finished products
  • Creates procedures and monitoring of the retention samples and prepare reports of all result obtained
  • Conducts GMP/SSOP and sanitation inspection and audit

  • B. Material Inspection and Finished Product Analysis

  • Inspects the quality attributes of direct materials by referring to applicable standard specification to ensure material integrity and compliance
  • Set ups, adjusts, calibrates and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Conducts physico-chemical and microbiological test of direct materials and finished goods
  • Recommends the approval or rejection of direct materials to ensure consistent quality and food safety in all products
  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA systems and procedures
  • Maintains accurate inspection records, analyses and analytical activities and prepare reports of all result obtained
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Food Technology, Microbiology or any related course
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
